No one enjoys going to the hospital. Whether you arrive from the Emergency Department, as a result of a doctor’s order or after a surgery, our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
When you are admitted, we will ask you to fill out several forms. These include a consent form for admission and treatment and a financial form. The financial form allows us to bill your insurance carrier directly. Before you go to a room, we will place an identification band around your wrist.
