TeleMedicine Services

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member of Dartmouth Health, provides TeleMedicine services to patients, giving them access to specialty care without leaving their local community. The services use live, two-way, secure audio and video to connect patients and providers. Patients receive better access to care without the need to travel long distances for appointments or transfer to a hospital further from family and friends.

Donate to the TeleMedicine Endowment Campaign

The TeleMedicine Endowment Campaign supports SVMC’s ongoing investment in technology essential to delivering exceptional care. Inspired by a $2 million dollar match from a generous donor, the campaign will help offset TeleMedicine services' operating expenses by establishing a $4 million endowment. Our community has already helped us raise $1.94 million. Help us reach our goal to ensure this crucial service is sustained into the future.

SVMC is one of the most wired hospitals in Vermont, providing TeleHealth services including TeleGenetics, TeleICU, TeleNephrology, TeleNeurology, TelePharmacy, and TelePsychiatry.
