  • Notify your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) as soon as possible.

Appointment-free care for non-emergency needs

Minor illnesses and injuries are never convenient. Fortunately, getting care for them is. ExpressCare offers walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages, seven days a week. We offer no-appointment care, including on-site tests and X-rays, when and where you need it.

Weekend walk-in care at Mountain Medical

Situated at the base of Mount Snow, the walk-in clinic at Mountain Medical handles urgent medical needs and is available community members visitors alike. Our team will help you get back on your feet and back to your weekend.

Common conditions we treat include:

  • Bites, stings, and rashes
  • Colds and flu
  • Cuts, scrapes, and lacerations
  • Eye and ear infections
  • Pulled, strained, and sprained muscles

We also provide the following services:

  • Visit-related lab testing and X-rays
  • Some vaccinations, including tetanus and Tdap (diptheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis booster). Call us for details.

Virtual waiting room

Temporary phone outage

ExpressCare's virtual waiting room number is experiencing a temporary outage. You can still access the virtual waiting room by calling the main ExpressCare number at 802-440-4077.

You can check in for an ExpressCare visit from the comfort of home or your car. 

If an urgent medical need requires walk-in care, take advantage of ExpressCare’s virtual waiting room by calling 802-447-5000. You will be added to the waiting room list and you can wait in your car or nearby. You’ll receive a text alert when a provider is available for your in-person visit.
