As a Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) family medicine patient, you have access to many support services, including:
- Financial resources: The SVMC financial team wants to help you meet your healthcare needs. Our friendly and professional billing specialists and a financial counselor are available to help answer your questions.
- Patient advocate: You can reach SVMC's Patient Advocate at 802-442-4054 to discuss any concerns you have about your care that can't be resolved by the clinical practice team.
- Patient portal: The Medical Center Practices and Affiliates patient portal is a free service that offers secure messaging, appointment requests, online billing, access to medical forms, and review of personal health information.
- Preferred language care: We provide care in your preferred language through electronic language services. For more information, please ask your provider.
- Telehealth appointments: Directions and details on accessing Telehealth visits will be provided prior to a scheduled appointment. Insurance and state restrictions may apply.
