Treatments and services
- Consultation: The first step often begins with a consultation visit. We will use this time to gather information about your current condition as well as your past medical and family histories. Appropriate testing may be recommended by your doctor. All this data is important is creating a treatment plan that works for you.
- Lung conditions: We offer diagnosis and treatment of chronic lung conditions, such as COPD, asthma, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis. Based on your personal evaluation, the physician may recommend life style changes, medications, or further testing. Our staff is able to assist in obtaining home oxygen, if needed. Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation service offers outpatient treatment for people living with chronic lung diseases.
- Sleep disorders: We also diagnose and treat common sleep disorders, such as obstructive and central sleep apnea and hypopnea, insomnia, narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia (excessive sleepiness), and restless leg syndrome. To give an accurate diagnosis your pulmonologist may recommend pulmonary function testing or a sleep study at our Sleep Disorder Center.
