Twin Rivers Medical provides the full spectrum of health care for children, teens, and adults in the greater Hoosick Falls and Cambridge communities. The practice was formed through the merger of Martinez Family Practice and Village Primary Care.

- Office hours:
- Monday and Wednesday, 8 am to 8 pm
- Tuesday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Thursday and Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

A provider is on call for urgent (non-emergent) issues 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, an answering service will quickly relay your message to the provider on call. After you have made contact with the answering service, leave your phone line open so the on-call provider may return your call without delay.
